Catch Up 2 – The Honeymoon

We went on our honeymoon the day after the wedding. We spent a lovely relaxing week in Campbeltown. For those that don’t know where that is Campbeltown is situated near the Mull of Kintyre in Argyll, Scotland. And yes we did visit the beach where Paul McCartney filmed the video for Mull of Kintyre. We stayed in a lovely little fisherman’s cottage.

During the week we really started to realise that I definitely was pregnant lol. I had trouble getting in an out of DH’s landrover so he bought me a stool to help me get in and out lol.

I also started to have to undo my trousers when I sat down… which was fine as long as I remembered to do them up again when I stood up lol. However on the way home we stopped into Glasgow Fort and I bought my first pair of maternity trousers, as the bump was starting to show

Basically if we had got married one week later I wouldn’t have fitted into my dress lol
