SBQ Catch Up: Challenging Projects and Storing Stuff

Well I’m back from hols and have so much to catch up on so lets start with the SBQ’s I missed.

The SBQ from 6th June was suggested by me and is:

What has been your most challenging project and why?

SBQ

Well my most challenging project to date would have to be Faith

This was my first hardanger project. I loved it but I found quite scary. The Anniversary Sampler I stitched last month was quite challenging but it was nothing like Faith.

I have no potentially challenging projects in the pipeline at the moment, I will have to do something to rectify this

Last weeks SBQ was suggested Jennifer and is:

How do you store your WIP’s and other projects that you have kitted up?

SBQ

It depends on the size of the WIP, usually I storing them in a card roll but smaller pieces I keep in good old zip lock bags or project box.

I don’t pick anything out of my stash until I am actually going to start stitching, then the threads etc go into my project box.

I have to have a re-sort as I took some bits away with me on hols so my storage boxes are a bit mixed up (and I bought some bits while I was away)
